RightMessage helps you personalize elements of your Kajabi website to convert website traffic into leads, sales, customers, and clients.
RightMessage is fully compatible with Kajabi websites for tracking and personalization, even though Kajabi doesn't directly integrate with many third-party tools.
To begin using RightMessage, you must install a small JavaScript tracking snippet into your website's pages. This snippet activates RightMessage and enables visitor tracking and personalization on your Kajabi site.
Before You Begin
We don't yet integrate with Kajabi's email platform. However, you can still use RightMessage if you use another email platform and just sell your courses and/or host your website on Kajabi.
For full contact syncing capabilities, consider using an email marketing platform like Kit alongside your Kajabi website (many of our customers who use Kajabi also use Kit). You can then integrate RightMessage with Kit to segment your subscribers.
Installing RightMessage on Your Kajabi Website
You can add the RightMessage tracking snippet to your Kajabi website using the platform's code customization features. The script can be added either site-wide (to apply to all pages) or to specific pages.
Option 1: Add Site-Wide (Recommended)
To add the RightMessage tracking script site-wide:
Log into your Kajabi dashboard
Navigate to Settings in the left-hand menu
Click on Website or Site Settings
Look for a section called Custom Code, Code Injection, or similar
Grab your RightMessage tracking snippet from your RightMessage dashboard:
Click on "Copy snippet to clipboard" to copy your unique tracking code.
Paste your RightMessage tracking snippet into either the Header Code or Footer Code section in your Kajabi website editor. We recommend placing it in the header to ensure proper loading.
Click Save to apply your changes
Note that custom code modifications in Kajabi may be outside of Kajabi's official support scope and could potentially affect site functionality. Make sure to test your site after implementation.
Option 2: Add to Specific Pages
To add the RightMessage tracking script to specific pages:
Log into your Kajabi dashboard
Navigate to the page where you want to add RightMessage
While in the page editor, look for a section called SEO & Analytics, Custom Code, or similar in the page settings
Grab your RightMessage tracking snippet from your RightMessage dashboard (as shown above)
Paste your RightMessage tracking snippet into the appropriate code section
Click Save or Publish to apply your changes
Adding RightMessage Embedded Widgets to Kajabi Pages
To add personalized widgets or areas to your Kajabi pages:
Create your embedded widget in RightMessage and copy the embed code (e.g.,
<div class="rm-area-XXXXXX"></div>)In your Kajabi dashboard, edit the page where you want to place the widget
Add an HTML Block to your page by dragging it from the elements section
Paste your RightMessage widget embed code into the HTML block
Save and publish your page
The HTML block method has been confirmed to work for embedding RightMessage widgets on Kajabi pages.
Verifying Your Setup
After installing the tracking script:
Visit your live Kajabi website
Open your browser's developer tools (usually by pressing F12)
Check the page source to ensure the RightMessage script is present
In your RightMessage dashboard, you should start seeing visitor data appear
You'll know your setup is working correctly when you see visitor data appearing in your RightMessage dashboard within a few minutes.
