Project Settings

You can change your Project's settings by clicking on the Cog in the bottom left corner.

Snippet Health

If you added the RightMessage Javascript Snippet succesfully to your website and it sends data to the RightMessage servers, then you can see the timestamp for the datapoint last received - this means RightMessage is working on your site as expected.

Javascript Code

This is what makes RightMessage tick. You have to make sure that this is embedded on your website in the <head> section on all pages - only this way can we ensure a 360 degree view of your audience.

Settings

Post-Survey Message

When surveying you should show some sort of Offer or form to visitors after they finish answering your questions. However, if there's no Offer or form set up, we'll show the above message after someone answers their last question. This is basically a fallback option if you don't have anything to show/pitch at the end of your survey(s).

Submit Action Text

When a form is submitted, the button's text will be replaced with the above.

Disable form Prefill

By default, we want to minimize the number of hoops your visitors need to jump through. If we already know who someone is, we'll pre-fill their email address in your RightMessage forms. However, when the above toggle is enabled, your forms will not prefill with the visitor's email address.

Domains

You can see all your domains associated with your Project. Why is this useful?

Because you might have subdomains on your site (say, you have your site at myawesomewebsite.com but you have your courses at courses.myawesomewebsite.com) - this way you can handle everything in one project.

AI

RightMessage can optionally use AI to help you generate questions, Flows, segments, and more. To ensure that the generated content matches your brand, we pass along context about your business. We initially generated the context below based on public knowledge about your company and by crawling your website.

Fill out the available text fields as accurately as you can about your business and the AI will help you generate questions, Flows, segments, custom fields, etc.

Powered By

We'll add a small badge to the bottom of your widgets that links to back to RightMessage and includes your affiliate ID. You'll get credited for any customers you send to us. You can disable this feature by toggling it on.

Collaborators

You can manage the collaborators who have access to this project. See Inviting Collaborators to Your Project.

Danger Zone

You can delete all analytics data for this particular project. It's useful if you are finished with setting up your infrastructure and want to get rid of the test datapoints in order to not skew analytics.
