How to update your billing and change your plan
To change the payment method associated with your account, RightMessage provides an area inYour Account
to update your credit card details.
- Click on your profile picture and select Your profile
- Click on the Billing tab and click on Manage Billing
- You'll be redirected to our payment processor (Stripe) where you can update your payment/card
How to change your RightMessage plan
- on the Your Account page -> Billing tab click on Change Plan
- You'll be redirected to the plan selector page where you can select the plan you'd like to use
Just click the appropriate 'Select Plan' button and you are good to go!
