How to update your billing and change your plan

To change the payment method associated with your account, RightMessage provides an area inYour Account  to update your credit card details.

  1. Click on your profile picture and select Your profile
  2. Click on the Billing tab and click on Manage Billing
  3. You'll be redirected to our payment processor (Stripe) where you can update your payment/card

How to change your RightMessage plan

  1. on the Your Account page -> Billing tab click on Change Plan
  2. You'll be redirected to the plan selector page where you can select the plan you'd like to use

Just click the appropriate 'Select Plan' button and you are good to go!
